Cherry Tomato Pizza Dip

Ingredients:
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1 block of cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Italian seasoning (oregano, basil)
Olive oil

Instructions:
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and toss them in a bowl with olive oil and garlic.

Spread onto a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Roast until the tomatoes have popped and blackened to your liking.

In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with pita chips.
